QUICK DELIVERY

We dispatch all in-stock goods on the same working day whenever possible. Standard delivery is free for UK deliveries. We despatch all in-stock goods within 1-3 working days of receiving the order - most within 24 hours/48 hours (Monday to Friday) and parcels are shipped by Royal Mail and delivery normally takes between three to five days. Please ensure there will be someone in to take your parcel as many items will not fit through the letterbox.  If you are unsure, it may be a good idea to have your parcel delivered to your work address. If your parcel has not arrived after 5 working days, we would suggest checking with your local Royal Mail office to see if your parcel is awaiting your collection.

No Hassle Return or Exchange - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.  We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different size/colour etc. if preferred.

RETURNS

  • Return the goods in the original packaging and send a copy of the invoice with details for the return.       
  • Please return the item securely wrapped and post to the address below.         
  • We suggest you return the item using a Signed For or trackable service

Distance selling regulations - Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Supreme Shoe Care, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within seven days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to us at sales@supremeshoecare.com, or by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
